Lease End Options

You will receive lease renewal options by email 60 days prior to the end of your lease. Options will include:

• Lease extension option for an additional 12 month term (if tenant is not in default)

• Termination of the lease at the end of the lease term

• Other optional agreements between tenant and landlord

Tenant needs to notify landlord in writing 40 days prior to the end of the lease if one of the offered options is desired.
