Regular Maintenance

The apartment is serviced every 12 months.

The service includes:

  • Replacement of batteries on the electronic door lock

  • Furnace filter replacement

  • Dryer exhaust hose cleaning

  • General inspection of crawl space

  • Hot water heater service

  • Bathroom fan cleaning

  • Inspection of window and sliding door function and lock functionality

  • Range hood filter cleaning

  • Function check of all outlets and faucets

  • Smoke detector battery replacement

  • Carbon monoxide detector check

Regular tenant service requirement:

  • Please clean washing machine filter after EVERY use.

  • Please clean dryer filter after EVERY use

  • The is no garbage disposal in the kitchen. Please do not try to rinse down food scraps. It will clog the drain.

  • Please keep the sink strainer in the kitchen sink as well as bathtub in place. It helps keep the plumbing free from problems.

  • Please make sure to ventilate the bathroom after every use. High moisture over a prolonged period of time can cause unwanted odors in the bathroom.

  • If you rely on the electronic lock on a regular basis, a change of batteries might be required after 6 months. Please write us if you feel the performance of the lock is deteriorating, so we can change batteries early.
